Greetings from NZ. I was very happy with the ordered products, their price, quality, presentation and speed of delivery (especially to NZ). I liked the web-site, its ease of use. Nice ! One thing I thought that could be of benefit to your company was better personalising the certificate of authenticity by including the actually ordered products within the certificate text. This would add a nice personal touch guaranteeing the quality of the specifically ordered products and be less like a generic (mass-produced) and hence more impersonal certificate. Other than this aspect ... A great experience..especially as I've earned plenty of brownie points by giving my wife such lovely birthday presents.
