The morning after I ordered the studs, I discovered on the web page that I could have had 18K gold backings. I sent several emails and called several times. When we got a response from you it said you would change the order. When we received the order, the studs had 14K gold backings not so happy about this. The studs are beautiful.

I was able to exchange my first order after seeing the length was shorter than I wanted wittout issue. The second order was just what I wanted!

These Pearl’s have been ordered for my wife’s Christmas present.
