The ring itself is beautiful and can't wait for my partner to have it. However, the process in receiving the ring was below standard. Customer service in helping me with the shipping issue was wonderful but I had a specific day picked out to "pop the question" and wasn't able to. The ring was shipped to an address in Texas, not sure how my address was correct yet the city, state and zip was in Texas instead of Florida (where I live).
