This rating is for the 11MM white South Sea Pearl & Diamond Huggie Aurora Lever back earrings. The pearls are round, white, and bright; very elegant yet casual looking to wear on a daily basis and that's what I was looking for. However, the 11MM size of the pearls do not look right on me; they looked small against my face and not what I expected. It would be a perfect pair of white South Sea Pearl earrings for me if the pearls were a bit bigger. I decided to return them.

I have tried many times to call to upgrade my order. Every time I heard a phone generated message that no representatives were available. All calls were made during your posted hours of operation. Don’t know what else I am supposed to do. Please advise.
