Right after hitting the confirm button for my order, I inquired if the company would extend their return policy to a few weeks after Christmas since these are Christmas gifts. The answer was "NO, our policy and system cannot accommodate it." Policy? System? People make policies and exceptions to policies, not Systems. Having said that you would think they would flag my order with a "Handle with Care and Attention" Note, so that the products sent were perfect. After all it was an $850 order. So was what I received perfect... No. I'll let one of my nieces decide if she wants her's repaired. The other niece is in France on an internship, so I'll have to defer to her mother. That being said, the packaging is strikingly beautiful and impressive. The pearls are beautiful, workmanship could be better. There was one pearl that was not pushed up far enough, so the pin was sticking out and showing. Three out of five stars....yes.....just average. After all they'll be wearing the pearls, not the packaging.
