Delivery service was excellent & packaging was very good. The product is as it looks on the website - pearl and diamonds look very attractive, good quality . Had doubts about the chain, upgraded to White Gold but still the chain looks inferior as does the chain link. Past customers have commented on this also and it seems attention still not given by The Pearl Source. Was nervous about ordering jewellery from overseas. On this occasion it was positive. They responded quick to my email. Based on my experience I would recommend them.
