The pearl completely fell out!! Gone! I just received this as a Christmas gift… first time I wore it the pearl FALLS OUT!?! I hope custom service is ready to make this right! This ring was STUNNING the pearl was black as night. I’m soooo disappointed! Also my two pairs of black pearl earrings did NOT come with safety backs as ordered!!! AND my other black pearl ring has diamonds FALLING OUT!
