White South Sea Pearl & Diamond Kim Earrings

I recently purchased two Genuine Single White South Sea Undrilled Round Loose Cultured Pearl - AAA Quality from Amazon for a total of $2,142.94. Upon receipt, I noticed a clear difference between the two pearls. I reached out to you directly through the Amazon platform and you promised to leave a note to make sure I could get the pearls exchanged within 2-3 business days. However, after sending the pearls back, I was not given an exchange, but instead received a refund through Amazon. To my surprise, I noticed that the price of the pearls had been raised from $999.00 to $1,249.00 each. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with your company. Your dishonest business practices have left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I would not recommend your company to anyone and would advise others to avoid doing business with you.

Not only were the earrings great and well depicted by the photos on the internet but everyone I worked with at The Pearl Source was more than willing and eager to make sure my experience and end results were perfect. The diamond drop is much smaller than the picture implied. Also, the color of the pearl is not white, but a strange off white/gold color. Despite this, the earrings are quite nice.
